Personal data
As of May 25, 2018, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, commonly referred to as the RODO has been in force.
The administrator collects information voluntarily provided by users of the Service. Additionally, they may record information about connection parameters such as IP addresses for technical purposes related to server administration and for collecting general, statistical demographic information (such as the region from which the connection is made), as well as for security purposes.
Personal data collected by the administrator is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, commonly referred to as the RODO.
Data provided by users of the Service is processed for the purpose resulting from the specific form’s function.
Due to the voluntary nature of providing personal data by users, they have the right to access their personal data, correct it, and may also submit a written request to the Administrator to delete previously provided personal data from the data set maintained by the Administrator.
The Administrator may entrust the processing of personal data of Service users to third-party entities that perform certain services
RODO
As of May 25, 2018, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (commonly known as “RODO”) came into force. The RODO will apply in the same scope in all European Union countries, including Poland, and introduces a number of changes in the rules governing the processing of personal data, which will have an impact on many areas of life, including the use of internet services.
What is personal data?
According to RODO, personal data is information about an identified or identifiable natural person. In the case of using our services, such data may include, for example, an email address, IP address, or your data in an email or other account provided by the Service. Personal data may be stored in cookies or similar technologies (e.g. local storage) installed by us or our Partners on our sites and devices that you use when using our services.
