1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that your browser saves on your device. The browser's local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. The website reads this information on later visits, for example to remember your choice in the consent banner.
2. When we need your consent
We store information necessary for the website to work without consent, in accordance with Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. Analytics and marketing cookies and external content, such as Google Maps, are enabled only after you give consent in the banner. Until you decide, the setting is "no consent".
3. Categories of cookies and tools
| Category | What it is for | Tools and providers | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | remembering your choice in the consent banner, protecting forms against spam, logging in to the website's admin panel | icomSEO: the "icomConsent" entry in the browser's local storage, kept until you change your choice or clear browser data; WordPress cookies "wordpress_*" and "wp-settings-*", saved only after logging in to the admin panel | not required |
| Analytics | visit statistics: which pages are read and where visitors come from | Google Analytics 4, Google Ireland Limited; cookies "_ga" and "_ga_*", kept for up to 2 years | required |
| Marketing | measuring the effectiveness of advertising and displaying ads tailored to your interests | Google Ads, Google Ireland Limited; Meta Pixel, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited | required |
| External content | displaying embedded Google Maps | Google Maps, Google Ireland Limited | required |
The table lists all tools the website may use. Every analytics and marketing tool starts only after you consent to the given category.
4. Google Consent Mode (v2)
The website uses Google Consent Mode version 2. By default all Google consents, namely ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization, are set to "denied". The status changes only after your decision in the banner and stays in force until you change it.
5. How to change or withdraw consent
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the website footer or here: . You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, and the banner will then appear again. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of actions taken before the withdrawal.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google and Meta may also process data in the United States, on the basis of the European Commission decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The rules these companies follow are described in the Google privacy policy and the Meta privacy policy. You can read more about your rights in our Privacy policy.
